Narrower motor bulkhead insert moves motor 1mm more inside for improved rolling characteristics and allows the pinion gear to be installed deeper on the motor shaft.
CNC-machined alu eccentric mounting plate made from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum. The motor is connected to this eccentric mounting plate with the assembly then inserted into an integrated motor holder/drivetrain support. The design of this system allows quick and easy motor rotation to adjust gear mesh, and yet clamp securely using only a single screw.
An aluminum eccentric bulkhead insert is accessible through a cutout in the mount and is adjusted from the top for easier gear mesh adjustment.
